Would you like to start your activity in France by hiring an employee in France to represent your company ? Since January 1st 2005, it has become possible to create a "Foreign company without a French branch and non-registered with the Registrar of Companies" status, which we call a "foreign employer in France", to make things simpler.
A foreign employer status allows you to employ French or foreign employees in compliance with French labour legislation, just like any other French company.
What you can do with this status :
- Find new clients thanks to your French employee.
- Recruit or send over employees to France and offer them a French employment contract
- Stock your products, conduct marketing and research activities.
- Be in complicance with the French tax system
